The custom handrails we manufacture at Tri Tech, Inc. combine both robust functionality and attractive design elements. This stainless steel rail was fabricated for the Lewis Hall Ekdahl Dining Commons at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas. We provided all fabrication, welding, finishing, and inspection services required as well as assembly and consultation on installation. All welding was performed by qualified welders in accordance with applicable ASTM, AAMA, and AWS welding codes. The railings were given a #6 directional finish which provides a clean, modern look that will withstand heavy use.
Railings were assembled into lengths up to 20' before shipping to expedite installation on arrival. Working with the lead architect, Clark Huesemann, we coordinated fabrication and installation according to the specified project timeline. We have the depth and breadth of experience required to handle a wide variety of custom handrail projects. Custom handrails can be designed and manufactured based on a customer's specific aesthetic, structural, and cost requirements. Our projects can be seen throughout the world and vary from budget minded pipe rail systems to custom high-end glass panel railings.
